You are able to duck in a closet or a car and urinate if a bathroom is not available with no risk of being stopped by a state trooper for indecent exposure. Holding urine for too long does have the danger for what we call urinary retention or the inability to urinate and as some of you may know the only way to treat this is with a urinary catheter, which is quite uncomfortable.
